Yogi Shankar, CEO. Prescriptive Insights, has over 25 years of experience in leading operational units and developing & implementing Global Customer Experience & Customer Growth Strategies. As a Senior Executive, he and his team have provided advanced Strategy, Analytical and Market Research services to Fortune 500 companies  (CPG and Direct Selling).  Projects initiated generated revenue increase of $2+ billion and cost savings of $600+ million.  Yogi was instrumental in developing a comprehensive analytical platform geared towards the Direct Selling & CPG Industries. The platform identified Drivers of Sales and Operational Performance and helped companies with their Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain strategies. Prior to that, as a Senior Corporate Executive at Avon Products, Inc. (a $12+ billion company), he was responsible for Global Customer Experience, E-commerce & Strategic Initiatives.  At Avon  he implemented Customer and Representative Experience Management strategies across the enterprise and  led the creation of Service Centers of Excellence enterprise wide to support key activities of targeting, acquiring, retaining, understanding and collaborating with Representatives & Customers. Yogi has an MBA from University of Buffalo.

Dr. Navin Sharma, Chief Analytics Officer has provided consulting services to many Fortune 500 companies for the past 30 years. Early in his career, he developed and operationalized Data Warehousing before the term was officially coined. Under his leadership, Prescriptive Insights strives to perfect the Analytics practice from end to end: starting with management, harmonization, and staging of data for ease of use; development of visual interfaces for effective business intelligence; and applications of Data Mining across many business operations. Navin has a Btech from IIT/Kanpur, and a PhD from the University of Illinois.

Dr. Suresh Divakar, Chief Strategy Officerhas 30+ years of global business, consulting and academic experience in the CPG, Financial Services and Pharma verticals in all aspects of analytics, insights and research, marketing/sales strategy, product and salesforce management and analytics consulting.  He has headed up analytic groups at large blue-chip companies such as Kraft, PepsiCo, Avon, Citibank and Bristol-Myers Squibb to leverage insights and formulate specific brand, channel and customer strategies to improve marketing effectiveness and enhance ROI. He also has significant academic experience as a Marketing faculty with several publications in leading marketing journals and has been invited to make presentations in prestigious marketing conferences in the US and abroad. Suresh has a Ph. D in Business (Marketing Science and Econometrics), an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), as well as a B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).  

Dr. Sal Hundal, Chief Technology Officer. Sal has over 25 years of corporate experience and is one of the foremost experts in designing and developing Enterprise Architecture and has led the successful implementation of enterprise solutions that bring together complex, high-volume, disparate data systems into single knowledge platform. Sal was also a pioneer in architecting an Artificial Intelligence based Fraud system for Sprint Telecommunications. This system has now been duplicated across many companies and industries. In addition to his corporate work, Sal is a board member of the Virginia Asian Advisory Board (VAAB) of the Commonwealth of Virginia. VAAB’s focus includes issues affecting Asian-American communities in the Commonwealth as well as those involving relations between Virginia and Asian nations. He was the founding chairman of the Business and Enterprise Architecture Committee of the Northern Virginia Technology Council. Sal has a Ph.D. in Computer Science and has published numerous papers covering Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Analytical Model Development etc.

Mark Zarcone, Head CRM Strategies, has over 25+ years of experience in designing and developing best in class Omni channel CRM strategies both from a process and a technology standpoint. He is one of the foremost experts in linking company strategies with Customer behavior and Customer satisfaction and has been a pioneer in developing balanced scorecards that helped companies calculate customer profitability. Mark has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Mark has developed operating strategies and CRM processes that supported global contact centers  that processed over 50 million contacts. On the private sector, Mark has been instrumental in implementing transformational customer service strategies at various Fortune 500 companies.

Gary Cohen, Chief Organizational Development Advisor, is a senior Global HR consultant who advises C-Level executives in Fortune 500 companies on strategic HR initiatives and Organizational Development and who throughout his career has built strong HR and leadership teams. He is an expert in designing and developing integrated HR programs that are aligned with business objectives and has helped numerous companies with Labor relations, Change Management, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition and Competency Development. Prior to starting his consulting practice, Gary led the Human Resources function at Avon Products, Inc. (a $12+ billion company), where he was responsible for the North American Business Unit and Global Supply Chain organizations. Under his leadership Avon made transformational changes in workforce planning and performance management which led to significant cost savings and productivity improvements.

Jean E. Cooks, Chief Marketing Communications, is a senior Marketing executive who is an expert in merging traditional media and digital strategies into creative, multiple-platform PR campaigns and who leverages her corporate agency experience at Howard J. Rubenstein Associates, NW Ayer, B/W/R (the entertainment subsidiary of Ogilvy & Mather) and J. Walter Thompson. Building competencies across industry categories, Jean brings high-level executive expertise in branding and launching integrated marketing campaigns in fields encompassing technology, medicine, financial and legal services, education, arts and entertainment, retail, fashion and hospitality. Over the course of her career, she has advised Fortune 100 companies like AT&T, General Motors, Debeers, etc. Jean is a graduate of Tufts University and holds a masters degree from Brown University.
